Little Angels Pre-School provides childcare sessions Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.30pm. Session times Monday-Friday 9.00-12.00pm with an optional Lunch Club from 12.00pm to 1.00pm (packed lunches from home). Afternoon sessions Monday - Friday 12.30pm - 3.30pm or all day 9.00am - 3.30pm at the Baptist Church Hall, 12 Furzehill Road, Borehamwood Herts, WD6 2DF.

 

The pre-school was successfully inspected by O.F.S.T.E.D. in June 2017 and February 2023 receiving an OUTSTANDING report both times. We have also achieved our 5 star School Gardening award for RHS in 2021, and we gained communication friendly status from ELKLAN in 2022.

We accept government funding for 2 year olds and also 'Nursery Funding' for 3 and 4 year olds, including additional 30 hour funded places.

"Little Angels pre-school" is a 'Community Group' originally started by church members over 60 years ago. The pre-school is not for profit organisation which has charity status. A committee is responsible for the management of the pre-school. It has overall responsibility for ensuring good pre-school practice.

Our Aims at Little Angels 

• To provide satisfying group play in a caring and happy environment in which parents are encouraged to take part.

• To advance the education and overall development of pre-school children between the ages of 2-5 years by providing activities appropriate to the early years framework.

• To provide a secure and caring environment where every child is valued and respected. Each child is monitored so we may be sensitively aware of their each and every need. In this way we may ensure they are fully included in our planning.
